Our Privacy Commitment

NEXATECH AI EFFICIENCY SERVICES LTD. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with StegoSafe applications and services.

The Simple Truth: We Collect Nothing

StegoSafe is designed with privacy by design principles. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any of your personal data or files.

What We Don’t Collect

  • No Personal Information: We don’t collect names, emails, addresses, or any identifying information
  • No Usage Data: We don’t track how you use the application
  • No Analytics: We don’t use analytics services or tracking pixels
  • No Telemetry: We don’t collect crash reports or performance data
  • No Files: We never access, copy, or transmit your files or secrets
  • No Network Data: The core application functions completely offline

How StegoSafe Works

  1. Local Processing Only: All encryption, decryption, and steganography operations happen entirely on your device
  2. No Cloud Storage: Your files and secrets never leave your device
  3. No Account Required: No registration, login, or user accounts
  4. No Network Connections: Core functionality works without internet access

Platform-Specific Information

iOS & macOS

  • Purchased through Apple App Store (subject to Apple’s privacy policy for transactions)
  • Face ID and Touch ID authentication handled locally by Apple’s security hardware — StegoSafe never receives your face or fingerprint data
  • All processing happens locally on your device

WaxSeal (organisations)

  • Subscriptions are purchased on this website through Stripe-hosted checkout; card details never reach our servers
  • The vault stores only ciphertext, signed authorization objects, 8-byte carrier tokens, device public keys, the device names people type (for example “Alice · iPhone”), push tokens and billing references (a random workspace id, Stripe customer and subscription ids, plan, status, timestamps, and the email the activation code was sent to)
  • It never holds plaintext, private keys, PINs or the photos you share. A cover photo is sent to the vault only to be marked and returned within the same request; it is not stored
  • Personal demo (“Try WaxSeal” in the app): no account, email or payment. The vault keeps the demo device’s public key, its name and its encrypted test seals; test seals expire within 24 hours, and the whole demo is deleted 30 days after it ends. To limit abuse, the number of demos created from one IP address is counted for 24 hours

Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services only for essential business functions:

Payment Processing

  • Stripe (WaxSeal subscriptions): hosted checkout and billing portal; we store only the customer and subscription identifiers, never card details
  • Apple App Store (iOS/macOS): Handles transactions, subject to Apple’s privacy policy

Bug Reporting (Optional)

  • When you voluntarily submit a bug report, we collect only the information you provide
  • Bug reports are processed securely and deleted after resolution
  • You can always email us directly instead of using the integrated system

Your Rights

Since we don’t collect your data, there’s nothing to:

  • Access or download
  • Correct or update
  • Delete or erase
  • Port to another service

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. StegoSafe users give us no contact information, so we cannot notify them directly; WaxSeal subscribers are notified of significant changes at their billing email.
